Terms and Conditions

All Gumdrop Authorized and Preferred Partners are eligible for deal registration for opportunities of 100 or more. If you are not currently a Gumdrop Partner, please fill out the form here.

Please complete the following deal registration form with your preferred distributor, reseller information, end user and product details and we will get back with you within 24 hours.

By submitting your Deal Registration, you agree with the terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility — Partners must be a current Gumdrop Authorized or Preferred Partner. Application link
  2. Eligible Opportunity Registration Opportunities should be in excess of 100 cases. Deal Registration discounts cannot be combined with any other program or discount. Must be submitted prior to RFQ/RFP release applicable to the Eligible Opportunity. Gumdrop will notify you if another partner has already received approval for the same Eligible Opportunity. 
  3. Registration Approval — You will be notified via email of approval or rejection within 48 hours.
  4. Registered Opportunity Discount — extends to any partner and be valid for 90 days. Extensions may be granted at Gumdrop’s discretion.
  5. Program Loyalty — Gumdrop reserves the right to cancel deal registration based on our sole discretion for reasonable cause, including, but not limited to a Partner bidding a competition product in the same opportunity.
  6. Single Opportunity Requirement — Approved partner discounts shall apply only to the Opportunity described in the submitted deal registration.
